Chakras are the foci within our bodies where the energy which makes up our life force is generated. Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel; a good representation of the spherical energy field the word refers to.
We have six Chakras which are sited along the spine and a seventh which is located above these, floating above the physical aspect of your body.
While we understand these Chakras as energy, you need to understand that these seven Chakras influence your body.
A proper alignment of the seven Chakras helps you to maintain your body in physical, mental and spiritual health; this is why it is important to know more about each Chakra and how it affects you.
Muladhara
The Muladhara is the Chakra of your lower body. This is also known as the root or base Chakra. This Chakra relates to your survival and other instincts. Muladhara has to do with the potentiality of human life. This Chakra is located in the perineal region, near the base of the spine.
This is the Chakra believed to be influential on the adrenal glands, producing the fight or flight response and other primal behaviors.
Swadhisthana
The Swadhisthana is the reproductive Chakra, also known as the sacral Chakra. This Chakra corresponds to the genitalia and controls sexuality and the creative urge.
This is the Chakra which controls the sex hormones as well. This Chakra also is responsible for mood swings, It’s symbol is a six-petal lotus.
Manipura
The Manipura is the navel. It is considered to be the solar plexus chakra. This chakra deals with the transitions that are found between base emotions and complex emotions. The chakra itself is in charge of base emotions and complex emotions, and dictates the way that they flow into each other. It deals with the flow of energy, the flow of digestion, and can be compared to the way that the pancreas functions in the body.
The Manipura is important in converting food to energy. It’s symbol is a ten petal lotus.
Anahata
The Anahata is the heart. It is responsible for complex emotions like love and also controls your equilibrium and overall well being. This Chakra corresponds to the thymus gland, located in the chest. It also corresponds to the immune system in the physical body.
This Chakra is symbolized by a twelve petal lotus
Vishuddha
The Vishudda is the throat. It is responsible for communication and growth. The symbol of this Chakra is a sixteen petal lotus.
It also controls your powers of communication and corresponds to the thyroid gland in the physical body.
Ajna
The Anja is your eyebrow or forehead. This Chakra is the third eye. Ajna is responsible for your ability to visaualize and is the Chakra related to light, time and awareness.
This Chakra is also in charge of the sleep cycle. The symbol of this Chakra is a two petal lotus.
Sahasrara
The Sahasrara is the seventh and final Chakra. The Sahasrara is the most important of all Chakras. This Chakra governs consciousness and as such, it is also important to every other Chakra and every system in the human body. This Chakra corresponds to the pituitary gland in the physical body. This Chakra is symbolized by a thousand petal lotus.

Improving one’s lifestyle is a concern that has affected most of us in these recent times. The quest to lead a fulfilling life and enjoying every moment is perhaps what you have always desired to do. There are many available options that promise you a gratifying life, and one popular concept is that of cosmic ordering.
This is actually a practice that is essentially spiritual, but not quite in the religious sense. The core of this method is that you must have the innate belief in yourself that the universe is capable of providing you with whatever you desire from life. You request for something and you shall receive it. This is not essentially a rather saintly process; you need not be enviably pure in order to receive the good things in life! However, being virtuous is a benefit in all walks of life.
Cosmic ordering, very simply is the spiritual manifestation of your dreams and desires. You can ask for anything from the universe. A change in your life or perhaps a change in situation, which will help you to attain your desired objective.
According to Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. Wayne Dyer, to place an order with the universe you must be in, what they call the “field of intent.” This is an energy field, that is obviously invisible, but it is where our spirit connects to the universe and then returns conscious desires.
Chances are more likely then not that you have done this in the past and not even realized it. Think back about a time where you wanted something, or needed something and then by coincidence you got it. This wasn’t coincidence; this was cosmic ordering at work.
For cosmic ordering to work, you must have the power of intention, that is, you must really believe that what you are asking for is what you deserve.
Merely saying that you want a new car or that you want a promotion is not enough. You must believe deep down in your heart that you deserve them. If you don’t believe or don’t put in any effort, in all likelihood you will not be getting them.
Cosmic ordering is really not hard, it is one the easiest processes you can do to change your life. Is there a down side to this? Well, as with anything in life, there are always pluses and minuses to how it is used. Thinking about and believing negative things will also cause those negative things to manifest.
If in your heart of hearts you think that you might get fired soon, then it’ll affect your performance and you will get fired! If you consider instead that you deserve a car or a house, and strongly believe in it, you will get a car soon enough.
Most people believe that do not deserve a lot of things because they deem themselves a failure. This negative mode of thinking affects his/her performances in every aspect of life!
Sometimes your own subconscious mind works against you and tries to keep things in your life the same as they are now.
For real success at cosmic ordering your subconscious mind needs to be prepared beforehand to accept that it is okay for you to change your life and receive everything you want.
To do this, try a bit of meditation or self hypnosis. And believe in yourself!
The time has come for you to change your life as well. Use cosmic ordering and live the life you have always dreamt about.

There are energy-wheels known as chakras which line up along the central line of everyone.
It is generally accepted that there are seven of these chakra energy-wheels, although some practitioners maintain that there are in fact 14.
Beginning at the base (believed to be either the bottom end of the spine or the genitals) they go right up to the top of the head, the crown.
In between there are: the orange chakra of the womb or belly; the golden chakra of the solar plexus; the green chakra of the heart; the blue chakra of the throat; and the indigo chakra known as the third eye, on the center of the forehead. The base chakra is red, and the crown chakra is violet right above the head but as its circumference extends outward, away from the head, it turns whiter.
As well as each chakra being associated with a particular color, they are numbered from one to seven with the base chakra being number one and the crown chakra being number seven.
The first chakra controls our physical health and vitality and our sexual health.
The second chakra is responsible for all of our creative powers.
The third chakra is responsible for our desires and what we want.
The fourth chakra is responsible for our emotions and helps us to both give and receive love.
The fifth chakra is responsible for communicating and is the link between what we feel and what we think.
The sixth chakra commands intuition and psychic powers and insights, (hence the sixth sense).
The final chakra, number seven located at the crown of the head is what is responsible for our astral voyages.
It is observed that people, who have divine interventions, are actually focusing the energy of the seventh chakra. This chakra focuses on cosmic awareness. It is this cosmic awareness, which is annexed and passed onto the second chakra during artistic practices. It is accessed on shamanic journeys too.
The chakras spin in their natural state. If they are healthy then they will spin and will then provide you with the optimum energies you need. If however they become unbalanced they can not spin and you will therefore experience illness or sickness in one or more of the areas outlined.
No chakra should be more developed than the others, either. If this happens then addictions, neuroses, obsessive-compulsive disorders, or unintentional cruelty will result.
The chakras can become dirty and clogged through neglect or wrong living. If you eat a poor diet or have a negative or shallow attitude toward sexual relations, you will sully the first, red, basal chakra, and as a result you will suffer from ill health, or broken romantic relationships.
If you constantly think about dark things like working black magic against people, you’ll clog up the seventh, purple-white, crown chakra and cut off your access to the cosmic or the divine, leaving you feeling bitter, fearful, and empty.
One of the most important aspects of a healthy, rapidly spinning chakra wheel is its flexibility; that is, it can open to receive energy from something good but close to repel energy from something bad. A mind is just like a hand: if it cannot both open and close then it’s broken. And a chakra is just like a mind-if it is healthy then it can both open and close as need be.
Everyone can control his or her chakras. All it requires is a daily exercise to focus in a balanced way on the energies commanded by these seven chakras. At a determined time each day, you will need to meditate by focusing one by one on the energy of the chakras and how it is apparent in your life. You can even visualize the energy of a particular chakra while carrying out this exercise.
Look at each chakra area by meditating and seeing how its aspects are manifesting in your life. You do this by visualizing your body’s energy in that particular chakra. If you become aware that your chakra energy is lacking in any particular category, then you can use meditation to make that particular chakra healthy and balanced.
Some people find it easier to meditate using a gem stone which is the same color as the chakra they are working on which allows them to get a clear image in their mind as to what needs to be done to make it healthier.
Many people find that the simplest way is to listen to the frequencies of each chakra in turn which results in your own chakras resonating with these frequencies, which then results in them becoming completely balanced.

1. Focus on spoken Japanese to begin with
Many people starting to learn Japanese wish to know whether they should begin learning hiragana, katakana, and kanji, the three sets of scripts that comprise the Japanese written language, or whether or not they ought to focus on the Japanese voiced language.
You should definitely focus on the Japanese spoken language when getting started. There are 2 good reasons for this. First of all, the normal sequence of language learning is to obtain a grasp of the spoken language before learning to read and write.
Consider when you grew up you were no doubt pretty fluent in your mother tongue when you began learning to read and write.
Secondly, if you have some fundamental knowledge of the spoken language it will make it far easier to learn to read and write Japanese, or really any different language. Besides what is the point of learning the characters and the scripts when you have no clue what the words mean and no idea of the grammar used to form sentences?
You’ll make a lot better progress learning Japanese if you initially focus on the spoken language.
2. Voice Your Japanese Out Loud When Practicing
You have got to practice your Japanese by actually speaking your Japanese out loud.
Do not simply read textbooks or listen to tapes and repeat the Japanese you read or hear in your head. This is a major mistake. You must speak the Japanese you learn out loud.
It’s essential to speak loudly and clearly, as you would if you were actually talking to somebody, so that you can learn to voice the correct pronunciation and actually produce the language out loud.
3. Repetition Makes Perfect
Do not underestimate the need for repetition. Practice the new Japanese that you learn repeatedly until you have it memorized and can do it effortlessly.
This could involve that you repeat a Japanese dialogue, or possibly smaller pieces of dialogues, 20 or 30 times or even more until eventually you master them, but that’s just fine. The important point is that you should not be expecting to master the Japanese you learn after hearing it and practicing it once or twice. Regarding learning Japanese, or any other language, repetition will really help
If you would like to learn Japanese and also enjoy the experience then you should have a look at My Japanese Coach.. You will obtain details as well as reviews at this blog http://myjapanesecoach.com.

Subconscious mind is an essential part of all of us. There are many who even blame their unscrupulous doings on their subconscious minds. However, there are only a few who truly understand the subconscious mind and its amazing powers and abilities. This amazingly potent instrument can become our biggest ally or the most dangerous adversary. Interestingly, your life and your circumstances are all governed by your subconscious mind. Many people still don’t understand the true meaning of the subconscious mind and its significance in our lives.
We all admit to the existence of the subconscious mind despite the constant endeavors of some professionals. Our thoughts and actions are directed by this control board. When faced with some tough challenges, it becomes our guiding voice. Every individual’s subconscious mind is as unique as a finger print. Even twins have an inner voice which is uniquely their own.
All of us have had encounters with our inner or subconscious mind. In times of distress and confusion or when you were about to take a decision which could destroy your life, your subconscious mind helped you to realize what you were actually doing. It made you weigh the pros and cons of your decision and made you choose the right path. Nevertheless, there are times that many people are told that they aren’t really up to the mark or are not good enough or not handsome or beautiful enough. In other words, subconscious is nothing but your deepest feelings about yourself.
The kind of life you are leading is a direct result of your subconscious feelings and attitude. This means that you can actually make your life beautiful by reprogramming your subconscious mind. When you reprogram your inner most feelings you actually start attracting the life you want. So the best part about this process is that the power to change your subconscious thoughts and attitude and eventually your life is completely in your hands.
You can change your deepest thoughts by affirmations. These are nothing but positive beliefs that are constantly repeated by you through out the day. These are better than the more expensive sublimal messaging scripts. All you need is to know is the thing you want to change about yourself, choose the appropriate affirmations and repeat them till they become a reality.
For example, you want to lose weight. Instead of thinking you are fat, repeat to yourself that you are your perfect weight. On a piece of paper you can write down the same phrase and carry it in your pocket, you can tap it to the mirror, make a ring tone out of it, and make it a screensaver at work. The point is to repeat the message enough that the subconscious mind picks up on the fact that this is what you think and what it needs to be thinking.
You will soon become your ideal weight as your belief becomes stronger. If you want more money just try affirmations and see money flowing into your life. This method can be used to achieve anything in your life. Maybe you are still skeptical about this.
To demonstrate how your subconscious mind controls your life, here is an example which all of us have experienced in some point in our lives. Most of the times if we happen to wake up late due to a malfunctioning alarm or some other reason, we often wake up in a bad mood. On waking up our thought is ‘Oh, no, this day is going to be difficult!’ As a result, you spill your coffee, burn your dress and may be even have a flat tire on your way to the office. This makes your think again and you say ‘it’s certainly one of those difficult days’. Your day becomes even more difficult with numerous impediments and there may even be a point in a day when you think ‘how worse can it get’ and then you realize loads!
Skeptics may call it a coincidence but truly speaking coincidences are nothing but misnomers. Every thing that happens to us is attracted to us by out thoughts and subconscious mind which just manifests things which we think about.
In recent years films and books like ‘The Secret’ have explained this phenomenon in more scientific terms. This has become known as the ‘Law of Attraction’. This says that our subconscious mind not only reacts with and responds to the reality we are experiencing it is actually creating it!
Crazy as this seems quantum physics is in agreement with this basic theory and it has been proved that at subatomic level, the existence of matter really is intrinsically linked with the mind of the observer. This is also what the ancient religions have been saying for many thousands of years.
So if we do create our own reality with our subconscious mind, then with practice we can choose what kind of reality we experience! Some of the richest people in the world throughout history have realized this fact and have manifested incredible wealth by consistently visualizing clearly exactly what they want and communicating this to their subconscious mind.
